Beyond manufacturing — responsive communication, technical guidance, and structured service processes. Our approach is designed to build long-term relationships by addressing client needs with precision, professionalism, and efficiency.
Our policies protect both our clients and our operations — defining how orders are placed, how payments are structured, how transport works, and how product is inspected on arrival.
Our payment terms are straightforward and consistent across all clients, with flexibility available based on the relationship and project scope.
We apply our standard payment policies in agreement with each client at the outset of the relationship.
Special terms and conditions may be available based on order volume, credit history, and length of the client relationship.
Our typical arrangement is 50% upon order approval and 50% upon delivery — with project-specific structures agreed case by case.
To ensure precise replication of complex shapes, all molds submitted to our facility must meet the following requirements before production begins.
Molds must be made of wood only — no other materials are accepted.
Molds requiring dimensional adjustment will not be accepted. The template is reproduced exactly as supplied.
All notes — notch positions, drill points, surface treatments — must be marked clearly on the mold itself.
Delivery of the mold to the factory is the client's responsibility. Lead times are calculated from the moment the mold reaches the factory.
Edge-finishing options are limited to grooved-saw or pin-grind only. Drilled holes use grooved-saw finishing exclusively.
Molds must be free of sharp protrusions, exposed nails, or any feature that could damage the glass surface.
Clear orders prevent costly mistakes. The following requirements apply to all orders before they are accepted into production.
Orders must arrive in writing — handwritten on paper, as a PDF, or by email. WhatsApp text and voice messages are not accepted.
WhatsApp orders must be photographed clearly, written in blue ink, and fully legible.
Dimensions must be unambiguous — handwritten with clear figures or submitted as a PDF.
Drawings must include all measurements, drill points, and notches. Final dimensions must be production-ready.
Any modification must be made on the original order document by the client. Voice messages do not constitute valid modifications.
Clients are asked to review and confirm the quotation in detail — including price, drawings, and conditions — before approval.
Transport is provided as a service for our clients. The following applies to all deliveries to set clear and fair expectations.
Loading begins at 8:00 AM (factory opening). The truck departs immediately upon completion of loading.
Glass Premium does not commit to a specific arrival time. Trucks are typically loaded with deliveries for multiple clients.
Delivery sequencing is determined by load order and geographic clustering — a truck may arrive morning or afternoon depending on the route.
Delivery is to a single location only. We do not split a client's load across multiple addresses.
Delivery fees may apply based on order structure and destination.
Double-glazed units perform reliably only when correctly specified. The following rules are non-negotiable for safety and performance.
Any pane longer than 250 cm requires a minimum spacer thickness of 12 mm — no exceptions.
Spacer thickness must be proportionate to the final glass dimensions. When in doubt, request a technical consultation.
Exterior installations — roofs, façades, structural applications — require structural silicone. Non-negotiable for safety.
To ensure consistent and fair quality assessment on delivery, inspections must follow these internationally aligned conditions.
Surface defects are assessed by viewing the glass from a distance of 2 to 3 metres, in line with EN inspection standards.
Inspection must be performed under natural daylight. Artificial light sources held close to the glass are not a permitted inspection method.
Defects not visible under these conditions are considered acceptable per international glass-industry standards.
Thickness, interlayer choice, edge treatment, drill placement, structural and thermal performance — every variable matters. Our technical team is here to make those decisions easier.
Upon receiving your order, our team develops precise CAD drawings and works closely with you to refine the design — ensuring structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and reduced likelihood of breakage.
Still in the specification phase? We are happy to advise on the right solution for your project before you commit to an order.
Detailed product datasheets, performance studies, and installation guidance — giving you and your clients everything needed to make confident specification decisions.
Glass Premium is a commercial glass manufacturing company founded in 2002, providing customers across Lebanon and the wider region with a wide variety of high-quality glass for commercial, industrial, and residential use. Founded by three brothers — Jack, Johnny, and Paul Maroun — who built their expertise across different areas of the glass industry before establishing the business.
The value we bring is concentrated in four areas: consistent quality, a wide product variety, reliable on-time delivery, and competitive pricing — all backed by an experienced team and well-established service processes.
Our DV units use high-quality butyl, silicone, and spacer materials, follow EN 1279 for IGU production, and are produced by a highly qualified team — resulting in superior gas retention, seal durability, and long-term thermal performance.
We use Trosifol PVB from Germany — a premium interlayer brand — and configure our laminated glass with four layers rather than the conventional two, significantly increasing strength, sound insulation, and UV protection.
We work to internationally recognized standards across all our products, maintain a structured QA process at every stage of production, and continuously calibrate and maintain our equipment. Quality is built in from raw material receipt to final dispatch — not added at the end.
We adhere to high quality standards and operate full QA processes against international benchmarks. Our double-glazed units carry a 10-year warranty against fogging. Beyond that, your feedback drives our continuous improvement — we see this as a relationship, not a transaction.
In addition to Lebanon, we serve clients across the GCC, MENA, and Central Africa regions. If your project is in a country we don't currently list, reach out — we already supply clients outside Lebanon without issues and will scope the logistics and pricing for your specific destination.
Yes — our facility is designed to handle large projects across all product categories. The execution depends on scope and timing requirements; once we understand the project, we deploy the resources needed to deliver.
We collaborate strategically with professional installation companies to deliver a single-source solution for clients who need it. Reach out and we will coordinate.
Each case is unique. Our standard terms are 50% upon order approval and 50% upon delivery, with project-specific arrangements engineered case by case based on volume, credit history, and relationship length.
Our supply partnerships include Trosifol (PVB interlayers, Germany), Bottero (cutting), EPSEA (autoclaves), WEILI TECH (double glazing), South Tech (tempering furnaces), and a network of architectural and aluminum contractors across the region.
Yes — samples are available on request, subject to the specific product and quantity required. We can also provide datasheets, performance studies, and direct consultation with our production managers to help you specify the right combination for your project.
Our team works with architects, contractors, and procurement specialists to specify, produce, and deliver the right glass solution — on time, every time.
